By ordering a commission you agree to these terms.

I have the right to refuse a commission without a reason.

I have right to alter my terms of service at any time. New rules will not apply retroactively and won't influence orders started on older terms.

Send a clear and concise visual references and/or description of a commission idea must be provided by the Client. After which a preliminary quote will be provided by the Artist.

No cancellations Allowed

A cancellation fee is 50% of total amount of your order.

Payment is non-refundable.

Once info about the commission and payment is received, I will start on it, I usually will take minimal changes to the art in the sketching process. Anything that wants to be changed after the sketch there will be a small fee for changes.

Purchasing art from me grants you PERSONAL USE of your digital copy, which means you cannot in any way use the art to gain a profit.

Personal use encompasses, but is not limited to: The posting of art in character galleries, cropping for icons and/or graphics. Please discuss with me personally if you wish to use your art for other PERSONAL uses that do not fall under these categories.

Commercial usage is NOT available for purchase at this time.

Once info about the commission and payment is received, I will start on making a digital prototype of the decal.

Minor revision is allowed, but additional fees will be added if the client requests many revisions or major revisions.

Once customer gives the okay, further revisions on the design will not be allowed.

In the stage of creating the physical FP revisions will not be allowed, in any case the client wants to revise they will have to

pay the full amount of the item they would want to revise.

Payments can be made through paypal or gcash

Displayed base prices are subject to change according to the complexity, difficulty, size and medium of each individual piece.

If payments are not received in a timely manner, I will notify you that you have lost the slot and it will go to another person.

Given on a case-to-case basis.

I do try my best to make sure everything is alright with your art work before it is finished.

In case you might need to cancel on the commission and nothing has been started yet I will give a complete refund.

If the Client wishes to cancel their commission during or after the coloring stage they will not be issued a refund.

Once the final product is delivered, a refund is not permitted. All changes and/or full/partial refunds must be made during the conception of the image.

For customs payment is non-refundable.

All rights reserved. Please DO NOT steal my work. My work may NOT be downloaded, copied, edited, traced, reproduced, uploaded, re-uploaded, published, transmitted in any way without my written permission/consent. I, as an artist retain all rights to created artwork. I reserve right to repost, use and sell created art in digital or physical forms. Profits won't be shared.

The Artist retains ALL the rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise. Rights can be negotiated for an added fee.

The Artist reserves the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, and/or inability to communicate in effective English.

All art that I have created for myself can NOT be redistributed without my written consent. Any violations of this can result in legal actions taken against you.

All artwork that has been commissioned by me, belongs to the respectful owner/commissioner and I. Any redistribution without their written consent can also result in legal actions taken against you.

I, as the artist hold full rights to any and all art I produce. Which means I am allowed to re-post to any of my galleries.

Editing and or coloring my art and then posting online without permission is against my TOS and will not be tolerated. Please ask before you edit and want to repost it.

I as the artist will have full rights to any images I make. This means I am allowed to distribute in prints, merch, ect. Please be aware of this! This is a legal law! I will not claim your character but I do claim the artwork and the right to distribute it.

Commissioners will receive the high res png and a FA-friendly png of their commission. I do NOT give out my sai or psd files.

Any artwork produced and bought from me is copyrighted to me. I do not give copyrights away based on normal commission prices. Please do not assume you automatically receive them when buying a commission. Copyrights are for commercial usage and are expensive and NOT included in my commission base prices. If you'd like to learn more about copyrights please contact me.

All art you commission from me can be used for personal reasons only. Your computer wall paper, reposting with proper credit given ect is fine. Redistributing it for monetary gain is illegal and legal actions can be taken against you.

Please respect I have my own working hours and I won't be sharing my schedules.

My private contact information will not be shared with clients.

Topics that could be qualified as religious, pornographic, gore or hate art won't be accepted.

The Client may not make prints of the artwork, excepting single prints for personal use and display not to be resold or used commercially. The Client may not profit from the artwork. The Client may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but the Client cannot alter the artwork itself. The Client may also upload the artwork to their personal website or gallery, but credit is required, and it must not be any high resolution of the artwork.

The Client must read, understand and agree to all the above terms before entering into an agreement with the Artist. By sending payment, the Client agrees to the above terms.

Once on hand and fully-paid, we'll then release your order.

Fill out the delivery form

Delays are out of our control once we've handed your package to the courier. You may reach us if you need help in tracking your package.

We are not liable for any loss or damages incurred during shipment but we will do our best to avoid that by packaging your order securely. We highly suggest you choose a trusted courier and indicate an accurate declared value for shipments (if applicable).

Unclaimed orders (maximum of 14 days) will be fined a storage fee of 100 per week.

Unclaimed orders (after 1 month) will be disregarded payment is NON-REFUNDABLE and will be fined 400 for the storage fee.

Failure to comply with Tos.

Being ill-mannered/ rude/demanding attitude.

Failure to pay when asked.

Failure to claim item within the given period.
